CIRCLE Cloud Communications Security Update: Our Response to Recent PHP Vulnerabilities
In response to the critical PHP vulnerabilities reported worldwide, CIRCLE Cloud Communications provides an update on its security status and response. Our core communications systems are not directly affected, and we have found no indication that customers' personal information has been compromised.
First, we’d like to thank all our customers for choosing CIRCLE Cloud Communications and trusting us with their business communications!
With the recent reports of critical PHP vulnerabilities affecting websites and systems around the world, we’d like to reassure our customers that CIRCLE’s core communications systems are not directly affected by these vulnerabilities.
Our customer web portal does not use PHP, and our public website is maintained separately from the portal. We’ve also configured the website’s upgrade to PHP 8.3.36, which addresses the recently reported vulnerabilities.
We have found no indication that our customers’ personal information has been affected by these vulnerabilities.
At CIRCLE, we take security seriously. Our data centres and systems are kept up to date, and our core communications infrastructure does not rely on outside third-party shared hosting services. This gives us greater control over how our systems are maintained, updated, and protected.
We’ll continue keeping our systems updated and maintaining the secure, reliable communications our customers depend on every day.
