A PBX is a device or system that aggregates multiple telephone lines and controls the connections between extensions and between outside lines, allowing outside lines to be connected to the phone of the person in charge and inside the company. This makes it possible to connect an outside line to the telephone of the person in charge and to make an internal call within the company.
On the other hand, since physical equipment is installed within the company, telephone line installation by a specialized contractor and system maintenance contracts are required. This makes the cost of installation, management, and operation high, and thus creates high barriers to introduction.

Cloud PBX does not install a physical PBX (main unit) in the office, but uses a service on the Internet. Therefore, there is no need to own a PBX, and as long as you have an Internet connection and terminals (PCs, smartphones, fixed-line phones, etc.), you can start using the service immediately.
Also, since line construction like PBX is not required, layout changes, expansion, and relocation can be done easily. In addition, since no physical equipment is required, installation costs are significantly lower, and the system is resistant to earthquakes and disasters (BCP countermeasures).
