The steps from application to using CIRCLE
Cloud PBX requires no physical installation.
The earliest it can be available is about 10 business days from the day after your application.
STEP 1
Apply
You can contact us by e-mail or by phone to apply.

STEP 2
Issue and confirm quotation
After receiving your application, our staff will confirm your request and issue a quotation accordingly.
STEP 3
Submission of Required Documents
You will be required to submit the appropriate documents for the requested service. Required documents vary depending on the service and whether you are a corporation or a sole proprietor. Please refer to the FAQ for required documents.
STEP 4
Discussion for setting up various functions
We will confirm the configuration settings according to your requirements as we begin the installation process.
STEP 5
Setup
Once the details of the installation are determined, our engineers will configure the system according to the customer’s requirements.
STEP 6
Start using CIRCLE
Installation is complete when all settings and normal operation have been confirmed. The service can be started in as little as 10 business days from the day after the application is submitted.
*It may take approximately one month for number portability.
