QuickFAX Upgrade

Thank you very much for using CIRCLE Cloud Communications.

We are pleased to announce that the system upgrade for our fax service, QuickFAX, has been successfully completed. This upgrade was carried out to further improve service reliability, security, and overall performance.

Below is a summary of what has changed as a result of this upgrade.

Upgrade Schedule (Completed)

January 7, 2026 (Wed) 22:00 – January 8, 2026 (Thu) 03:00

The scheduled maintenance was completed successfully within the planned timeframe.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during the upgrade.

■ New QuickFAX Portal

The QuickFAX portal and administration screen have been refreshed with a new, more intuitive layout designed to improve usability and visibility.

New Portal URL
https://fax.circleip.com

  • Login credentials (username and password remain unchanged)

■ Email-to-Fax Address Format Updated

The email address format used for sending faxes via email has been updated.

  • Old: example@fax.ipbxhosting.com

  • New: example@fax.circleip.com

Please ensure that you are using the new address format when sending faxes by email going forward.

Customers Affected by the Upgrade

■ Customers NOT Using FaxATA (Fax Adapter)

All customers who are not using FaxATA were included in this upgrade.
These customers are now required to use the new email address format (@fax.circleip.com) when sending faxes.

■ Customers Using FaxATA (Fax Adapter)

As previously announced in our newsletter dated June 2, 2025,
FaxATA service is scheduled to end at the end of May 2026.

To avoid FaxATA becoming unusable before the official service end date,
customers currently using FaxATA were excluded from this upgrade.

  • There are no changes to the fax sending method for FaxATA users

  • FaxATA users may continue using the service as usual until the scheduled end date

■ Updated User Manual Now Available

An updated QuickFAX user manual reflecting the new system is available from here.
Please refer to it for detailed instructions and guidance.
