How to Download the Mobile App
To get started with CIRCLE let’s donwload the mobile app first!
♦︎ Download the Mobile App from the Welcome Message ♦︎
①. Click on the link in the welcome message with the subject line: Welcome to CIRCLE Mobile!
② Click Download
③ Install the App
④ Return to the screen and select Configure
⑤ Once you click on Configure, the app will ask you for permission to access your mic, allow notifications and allow access to your iPhone contacts.
Please be sure to allow CIRCLE access to your mic and notifications.
⑥ After a quick introduction of the app, you will be successfully logged in!

① Download the App CIRCLE Cloud Comms from the App Store
② Once you have downloaded the app and the screen below appears, enter your mobile number (or the random number assigned to you) to login to the app. If you would like to confirm which number is registered to your account, please contact your CIRCLE admin or the CIRCLE Partner Service Team.
③ Once your enter your number, an activation code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code, then select Activate to login to your account.
④ After entering the activation code, the app will ask you for permission to access your mic, allow notifications and allow access to your iPhone contacts.
Please be sure to allow CIRCLE access to your mic and notifications.
⑤ After a quick introduction of the app, you will be successfully logged in!

① You will receive the welcome message email below from noreply@circleip.com. Click on the link within the email.
② Click on 1. Download
③ Install the CIRCLE Cloud Comms app from the PlayStore
④ Go back to the browser screen below and select 2. Configure
⑤ You will automatically be logged in. Please allow Internet Calling, Connection Service and Notifications. Access to your address book is optional.
⑥ Once the permissions are set, make sure to display CIRCLE over other apps to receive notifications.
⑦ After the quick introduction of the app, you've successfully logged in!
