Please tell us about your company.
Riedel Japan Co., Ltd. is the Japanese subsidiary of Riedel, a long-established wine glass manufacturer.
The company was founded in 1756, the same year that the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born.
Here in Japan, Riedel has already had a presence for more than 40 years. As a Japanese corporation, it will mark its 25th year in 2024. Today, the company has approximately 70 employees and operates 16 stores across Japan.

For us, internal communication is extremely important. We have various sales teams within the company, as well as staff working in our stores. To keep our internal operations running smoothly, seamless communication between all members is essential.

How did things change after implementing CIRCLE?
I personally use CIRCLE every day. From my desktop PC, I can connect to each employee’s number with just one click. In addition, everyone on our sales team uses this service through the CIRCLE app on their iPhones.
This allows callers, meaning our customers, to contact and connect with each sales representative without having to worry about whether that person is out of the office or currently in the office.
In this way, we are now able to communicate with our customers much more seamlessly.
