What’s the difference between virtual PBX and cloud PBX? First of all, the technology that being virtual requires make it very complex. This doesn’t make it a complete copy of cloud PBX. Looking at it from a customer’s point of view, by determining what you want, and want to do, as a result shows what kind of technology is required. What becomes important is that considering it as something unrelated to the customer, what and how we use that technology as a result comes down to implementing or not implementing it.
Of course, the cost side of things is important as well. When you become engrossed in the technical side of things, what happens is that you lose sight of your original goal.
The best environment is where the technology makes you lose that feeling of using something and becomes an everyday thing.
