March 06, 2020 Teleworking To The Cloud- Overflowing Cloud Growth In Q1 2020

In January and February of 2020, the team @ AINEO supporting CIRCLE, QuickFAX, and BizMail services have become very engaged.
We have been experiencing high levels of requests to our partner service and deployments teams. The volume is the result of
- Bookings of organizations going to the cloud from 3 to 6 months ago
- Another provider announced in November that they would close down their service the end of Feb. Nearly all of the clients migrated to CIRCLE
- Corona virus fears at our clients have accelerated the requests for companies to telework. The CIRCLE mobile and soft phones are the best choice in Japan
We’ve built CIRCLE cloud to be the most flexible and reliable service in Japan. People have recognize that and have been signing up. As our company culture is to be bright, quick, and flexible (BQF), we feel recently it has been very hard for us to keep up.
Normally, there is a bit of tweaking of client set ups over the first couple weeks of use. We have been having a difficult time keeping up with the requests.
Please be advised that we anticipate this overflow of work to continue to the end of March. We will prioritize urgent changes and ask you to be patient with us as our Partner Service Team assists the thousands of partner clients nationwide. We plan to see things more controllable from April but are increasing our resources as more and more companies move to the cloud.
